WOW, 2nd post of the year.

Well, I won a tourney at the Plaza in May.

I'm playing a lot more poker, but am in the middle of moving, but that will be over soon, and back to poker.

I think No Limit is my bread and butter game, for now.

My WPT audience participation episode #2 aired finally in April, and it was worth the wait!

So much camera time it was almost embarrassing, I guess it pays to know one of the producers.

All for now!

WOW! That long since I posted, well not too much new, I am playing full time online only at the moment.

Still a winning player... Nothing major to report.

Since I last posted, I have won a tournament, came in 2nd in another, and have been playing a lot more live, including NL!

I have to assume no one is actually reading this....

Howdy! An update!

Very recent news....

I finished 40th in BARGE 2004's Tournament of Champions and then....

I finished 11th in BARGE 2004's main event: NLHE out of 205 players.

Things are looking up for me, I have 5 consecutive up live sessions right now and
I think I have turned another corner in my career, and happy to have something good to post.

About a month ago now, I chopped for first at the Luxor in a NLHE tournament, field was small so not that impressive but a win is a win is a win.

I am moving quickly away from Internet play and will very soon proably be 99% live player.

Tonite I was at my 2nd WPT taping, the 1st Poker Showdown at The Mirage.
I will appear in the audience, quite a bit!

Take care all! Until next time!

Finished 28th out of 512 in a $35,000 guaranteed $30+3 with rebuys and addon.

Only needed initial offering of 1500 chips to wind up there.

$179.91 was the payout.

Almost $9000 to the winner, just not fair! LOL!

June 8th Report

I chopped for 1st at the Luxor that night!

Finally a first place live finish!

The first of many hopefully!

Well some news to report:

I won 2 $50 satellites at The Horseshoe today, and am in Super Sat 7:45pm Friday 4/30 with one rebuy already accounted for....

I'll post results of my excursion tomorrow....

Hey some news!

First satellite try ever for WSOP, I came in 2nd, only first moves on, but I got my buy-in back from the guy who had me outchipped 93% to 7%!

I guess that's called respect?

I played in Sahara's Weds. night weekly $40 (+ one optional $20 rebuy) for the first time, on spur of the moment thanks to Megabit.

I finally broke my live tourney jinx, I took 7th out of 120+ for $160, $120 profit because I did not need the rebuy.

One guy had a HUGE lead, and I ran head first into AA vs my AJs to knock me out, there was a guy down to 3 chips, but true to my new NO WHIMPING OUT rule, I didn't fold when AJs showed it was my first good starter in about 30-45 mins into the final table.

I stayed around for finish only to see big stack start to piss his chips away calling an ALL-IN 68000 bet into him, with Q2o WTF!
He then gets knocked with Q7 vs KK I think. YIKES!

I played a mistake-free tournament in my mind, or at least after 4.5 hours I was too drained to remember any! 8)

I am no longer actively supporting this blog.

Thanks for watching....

Good fortune to all in life in general, not all riches are financial!

I am going to try some satellites to get into the main event at the WSOP 2004 next week, I will post here if I make it and my thoughts in May when it goes down, if I am that fortunate....

I'll post here if anything else major occurs, so I'd suggest checking here, maybe every 2 weeks.

I'm still doing well and sticking with it, by the way.

Been a while!

I finally tried a $25+ online tournament!

Half my bankroll on the one site on the line! LOL! Thriving under pressure I guess!

I came in 2nd for $195....

Hands that made me: 52o and Q9s [52o was lucky accident and 22 came on the flop]

Hands that broke me: AKs and 83s
